The purpose of this net is to exercise the Official Emergency Stations in Western Pennsylvania. All Amateur Radio Operators are welcome to participate in this net. I will now stand by for any station with emergency or priority traffic. Emergency or priority traffic, only, please call Net Control, <Callsign>, now. Hearing no emergency or priority, I will now accept check-ins to the Net. First, I will accept cw check-ins. CW stations wishing to check-in, please call AE3C now. I will now accept packet (or Pactor or Amtor) check-ins. Digital stations wishing to check-in may ping their mode to our reflector at <Reflector Address>, and please call AE3C now. I will now accept voice-mode check-ins to the Western Pennsylvania Emergency Stations Net. Voice stations wishing to check-in, please call AE3C now. (Acknowledge each station. Stations with traffic will speak after NCS acknowledges any new check-ins. Continue this until the list of stations with traffic/comments has been completed. Then, check once again for stations wishing to check-in or comment. Repeat this entire step, if necessary.) Hearing no further check-ins, I will now close the Net at <Time> local time, and return the repeater back to General Amateur Use.
